24th WHEELCHAIR CLASSIC June 2006
The 24th Wheelchair Classic generated a record-breaking £18,500 for the Appeal and three young boys were presented with specially adapted wheelchairs by John Parrott, ex World Snooker Champion.
BRITISH OPEN, HOYLAKE 19th July 2006
Peter Alliss took time out at the British Open on Wednesday 19th July to present two more powered wheelchairs to Georgina Campbell and Michael Pill.
PETER ALLISS MASTERS 3rd October 2006
The 2006 Peter Alliss Masters tournament was held at Golf House Club, Elie at the start of October.
BLACK & WHITE EVENING 2nd December 2006
Lee Cartwright - aged 9 and from Leak - and Sam Taylor - aged 7 and from Winsford - were presented with their new powered wheelchairs at the Black & White Evening.
PETER ALLISS SPORTSMANS 17th July 2006
Peter Alliss was the special guest at the Club's Sportsman's Dinner on 17th July 2006 and presented powered wheelchairs to Jemma Howey and Jake Hesp.
The 2006 event saw four more wheelchairs presented and raised £1,480 for the MEGA Charity fund.
CHINESE EVENING 5th November 2006
Another successful evening was held at the Fortune Palace Delamere on 5th Nov when wheelchairs were presented to Zoya & Mahnoor Salam from Great Sutton.
