Helsby Golf Club
Helsby Golf Club is a very friendly and welcoming club.
Many club activities are built around golf but the club is also renowned for its wealth of social activities so there is always something to enjoy at Helsby whatever your age or ability.
It is a members' club run by members for members, their families, guests and visitors.
The club has an active membership of around 550 members and we welcome new applications from all sections - Men's, Ladies, Juniors.

2010 deserves special mention for the fact that Nick Cunniffe is Junior Captain at the same time as his Grandfather Franc Cunniffe is President. Helsby Golf Club has a thriving Ladies' Section with approximately 120 members and new lady members are welcome to join at any time.
Members aged 55 and over can also enjoy a number of Seniors events.
Helsby Golf Club was formed in 1901. However, the course itself began in 1902 when the club moved onto 30 acres of land off Primrose Lane & Towers Lane, near to today's 10th hole.

The Captains' Drive-in took place on 13th February 2010. (Slideshow added 21st March)
Helsby Golf Club is a full member of the Association of James Braid Courses. This allows members to play at any of the associated clubs at preferential fees.
