Login/Registration

You will see that we have switched over to a new website, provided by Club Systems, the same provider of the HowDidIDo website.

In order to access the Members' area of the website (which is integrated with HowDidIDo) a first time registration is required as below:

If you have a HowDidIDo account

·         Click “Log In” (top right hand corner of this webs page)

·         Enter your current HowDidIDo e-mail and password

·         You will then be prompted to confirm the first line of your address and membership category as per the club records; these are listed at the bottom of this e-mail.

·         An e-mail will then be sent to your e-mail address for validation; click the link in the e-mail and then registration is complete.

If you do not have a HowDidIDo account

·         Click “Register” (top right hand corner of this web page)

·         Enter your e-mail and create a password

·         You will then be prompted to confirm the first line of your address and membership category as per the club records; these are listed at the bottom of this e-mail.

·         An e-mail will then be sent to your e-mail address for validation; click the link in the e-mail and then registration is complete.

To help you with this, an email has been sent to your registered email address confirming the change along with your current details as held on the Club system.

If you haven't found your email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

The e-mail used for registration (with or without a HowDidIDo account) must match the e-mail address we have for you on the club system (as per above).

NB. each member must have a unique email address to be able to register/login and receive club emails.

If you are using a HowDidIDo account with an e-mail that is different to the one previously registered, let the Secretary's office know so that they can amend their records; this way you will be able to take advantage of the full HowDidIDo integration that the website offers, including:

  • Club Diary
  • Competition results
  • Handicap lists
  • Your personal handicap history & golf analysis
  • Member contact details
  • Email updates on club news and events

Similarly, if your membership category/address in the email is incorrect please let the Secretary's office know so again they can update their records.

'BRS Auto Sign In' message

Members logging in from Apple devices - iPhone, iPad or Mac - may see a message relating to Cookies Setting and referring to 'BRS Auto Sign In'. This can be removed by changing the Privacy setting in Safari to turn off the 'Prevent cross-site tracking option'. If you Google the topic, you can find out why Apple introduced this feature and decide which is the lesser of two evils to you personally.
